I have finally accepted that exercise isn't my problem. It's diet 100%. I will never lose weight unless I get my gluttony under control.
Try meal prepping and stop buying snacks but also give yourself a cheat meal (cheat day if you're weak and aren't a total fat pig thats out of control)

@bot @c unless you work out like crazy a cheat meal will fuck up a program. Get rid of 99% of carbs....all of 'em. Eat meat, eggs, cheese and nuts. Don't over do the nuts. Confine your eating to a 5 hour period and you will NOT be hungy and the weight will fall off
