@BaronessLoveandLight Yes, please boost.

Anyone complaining about "Big Tech" should consider training in Linux or BSD, and consider becoming an owner-operator. No other entity - political, educational, religious, etc. represent your own best interest better than you, yourself.

In ChatGPT you also have a great teacher, the "AI" knows nearly everything about Linux or BSD.

Operating a VPS and a YunoHost is not terribly difficult, although you also need to be familiar with DNS to get full use out of it.

Any chance NAS will do the right thing and make an episode about this, instead of hoarding accounts of people with strong opinions about "free speech", and kikes and niggas and fags?

The Complaint about Big tech isn't about internet companies being too big.

The complaints about and the expression big tech started when Google including also Ytoutube and Facebook, including instagram and messeneger and whatsap started to align in total unreasonable censorship.

And the next issue is that they started to collect and sell private data.

So me complaining about "big tech" does not mean that I have to build my own tiny internet.

I agree that when people complain about Big Tech they do not have the faintest clue what's really bothering them.

Only those who build and maintain their "own tiny internet" understand how Big Tech limits what you can and cannot do on the internet.

For example, you cannot issue your own SSL certificates, and efforts like DANE is not allowed to succeed by Big Tech. How the DNS namespace does not allow alternate roots, and how feckless greedy bastards ready to sell out the tlds like the Internet Society tried it with .info.

Ignorance is bliss.
Sory, the Internet Society governs .org not .info, but the facts remain the same. They tried to rent .org to a venture capitalist to exploit it.
"The facts are with those who learned to read, not with those who write". If this was not the case we would not have literary works of any significance and the libraries would be empty. Oprah would never got started with her fucking book club and the World would surely be a better place without Oprah.

Only illiterate morons complain about "censorship". They cannot read, so others needs to point and tell them "they lie about this" and "they hide that".

If they learned to read censorship would point them into the right direction, without fail.
@FourOh-LLC Censorship is based when I'm doing it, otherwise it's cringe.

@BaronessLoveandLight @EvolLove
Bombers and liars always leave evidence behind. Censorship produces the same, a consequential rift in the fabric of facts. Lying is not a lie without the same consequential rift.

This is not rocket science to understand and accept.
