I am spending around 60 hours a week on it right now.

I think I started my account on here the same day as my Twitter. It was around the same time.

I have made $4.33. lol

I was blocked from the monetization program, and they just approved it. around a week ago.

I have one subscriber at $5 per month.

I think I will start getting ad revenue on the next pay cycle. I hope so. If that ever happens, I will make a post on here with the details.

Can you clarify what you mean by "post it on my social media too"?

I know what the words mean, but I don't know what that phrase means to you. Do you mean re-publish? Link to?

I mean a link with a couple of sentences to pitch it for now. If you have a graphic or something visual too that helps drive clicks.

I post to Twitter, Truth Social, and NA.

I also post to Gab and Gettr, but I have not been using those sites much lately.

It's a little over 150K total followers.

It will get you some clicks.

I would love to eventually find maybe 10-20 writers to submit work for my website for a share of any advertising revenue their articles make. Someday.

But it seems that there's only writers on there writing about making money writing. There used to be a lot of good stories, now they're diamonds in the rough.

@ILoveAmericaNews Friend Links used to be links that the author could pass out to get people around the paywall. But authors could still make money from people who were paying members.

@ILoveAmericaNews Earlier this year, Medium introduced "Friends of Medium" which is $15/mo. A FOM can share a Friend Link and the author will still receive compensation per usual.

But if an author shares their friend link, they don't get compensated if they aren't part of FOM..

At least, that's the way I understand how the system works.
